Lauren holds a Masters degree in Sport Psychology and Bachelors degree in Psychology. She was born in Montreal, Quebec and currently resides in the San Francisco Bay Area. She has experience working in a multitude of sports including: hockey, soccer, baseball, water polo, swimming and weight loss.  Lauren received her Master’s Degree from John F. Kennedy University. Lauren was born and raised in Canada and of course loves hockey. As an athlete, she played many sports and while earning her Bachelors degree in New York, she played on the women’s hockey team. Lauren has worked with athletes on developing their mental skills to assist them in achieving their goals as well as working with individuals to improve overall health and wellness by establishing good daily habits.  She provides services in-person and globally via Skype, FaceTime.
